Shipping policy
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment. If you need your order sooner, I can usually ship it the next business day — just send me a message before placing your order. 😊
Free shipping is available on orders over €120. All orders are shipped from Poland.
United StatesOrders to the US are shipped through a forwarding partner.
- Shipping: $14 USD
- Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days
- Customs duties are prepaid and included (DDP).
Please note that local sales taxes or other government charges, if applicable, are not included and remain the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking may not update for the first couple of days because your parcel is first delivered to the forwarding company before leaving for the US.
If your package hasn't arrived after 30 days, please contact me so I can open an investigation with the carrier. Claims cannot be filed after 60 days from the shipping date.
EuropeShipping to Germany is temporarily unavailable.

Orders are shipped via the local postal service. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
If you prefer, I can also ship your order via DHL or DPD to a pickup point. This option is usually faster (around 5 business days). Feel free to contact me before placing your order.
Rest of the World- Shipping: approximately $14 USD
- Estimated delivery: 1–6 weeks, depending on destination.
I ship to most countries worldwide (with a few exceptions). If shipping isn't available to your country at checkout, please contact me — I'll be happy to check alternative shipping options.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility.
If a package is returned because customs fees were refused, any refund will be issued only after the parcel is returned to me. Original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If you'd like the package to be shipped again, a new shipping fee will apply.
PackagingI love packing my little frogs in cute themed boxes that are perfect for gifting.
Since each box is handmade, occasionally your order may be shipped in a simpler package depending on my workload or material availability.
If gift packaging is important, please let me know before or immediately after placing your order, and I'll do my best to make it happen.
Lost or Missing PackagesIf your package is lost during transit, please contact me and I'll gladly help investigate the shipment and file a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If you can't find your parcel, please check with neighbors or contact your local postal service, as they may have additional delivery information.
